Excellent value, supported by VOIP providers
We purchased a half-dozen of these for my startup because they're supported by Vocalocity (our VOIP provider), had the features we want, and the price was right. It's a solid, few-frills, get-the-job-done VOIP phone. Excellent sound quality, and it's attractive on the desk, too.

You probably want the SPA941 instead

Pros: This is a nice VoIP phone for the price, full of features, the quality is good.
Cons: I wish that the volume on the speakerphone and the handset could go higher. I've found myself on speakerphone with the volume up to the max and still having trouble hearing the other party.

Good Business Phone - A Little Difficult to Install
This is a good phone, it works well. I did need technical support to set it up though from my service provider, the set-up guides appear to be written by engineers for engineers.

Great VoIP Set
I've used Grandstreams, Polycom's and Aastra VoIP sets with Aasterisk/Free PBX. This set is by far the easiest to set up and configure. Great sounds and features. I will use this set exclusively for all new installations.

Pros: This phone fully supports NAT, when configured correctly you can plug this phone into any internet connection and be on your phone system. handset has great quality. very nice look and feel
Cons: the speaker phone is a bit weak and the asterisk provisioning is a bit weird.
