exactly the same problem as this guy, like hes speaking for me i had my tv at a shop for 8 months seriously 8 months, parts delay, then parts fried again, then delay, and now the tv is acting up again, this is the last time i buy one of phillips brand tv

i had my philips plasma for 2 years and 2 months. same problem pictue went out and red light started fashing. its been in repair shop for 4 weeks. waiting for parts. the shop said one thing and philips said something different. i don't think i see my tv again. arts tv in sf said parts on order. phiips said parts shipped. this been going on for 4 weeks and no tv. i don't believe either one at this point. i never buy a philips again $1800 and out of tv. i'm have to call customer service on local tv station and see if they can help me get the tv back and working.
