Great sound and looks
Definitive's Mythos SSA-50 has great sound and looks but not great surround sound. If surround sound is your overriding concern, stick with traditional SS speakers. A High-End Bargain!
In our house now I couldn't really do a real 5.1 set up so I researched this Single Speaker Array and was pleased enough with the reviews on home theater sites to let this be in my final choice category. Great speaker
I bought this speaker for a 25 x 20 foot family room, to be paired with a 55 inch Samsung TV. The comparative match was just right. When I hooked it up, the speaker kept shorting out the receiver. I sent it back to Amazon and they were fantastic. I had a new speaker the next day. I called Definitive Technologies to let them know what happened and found out from the serial number the speaker was the number 3 built. Interesting. The new speaker worked.
