Good product, high quality. Pleased with the resolution, brightness of the screen, vivid colors. Reaction time is good.
It is not cheap, but probably worth the money.

Fantastic and Versatile
The PSP is must-have device.
Pros: In one unit you get:
cutting-edge gameplay,
wireless internet access,
Skype phone service,
internet radio,
mp3 player
photo viewer and
movie player.
And that's just the legit stuff, it can do more if you know where to look!
Cons: Easy to scratch, mediocre speakers (sounds great with headphones).

Exactly what you expect
Gameplay is great. I used to have a sega gamegear and loved it, after many years it messed up and I got a gameboy which was a very cheap imitation. This reminds me of my gamegear on steroids. The picture is great, you can see it in the dark and light. The screen is very big, makes my video ipod look terrible. The internet is a little slow, but that's expected. I haven't tried to download movies or songs yet, but with the size of the screen this will definitely take the place of my video ip...

psp
Great gameplay but, the other functions were a little tough to figure out. The directions could be a litle better. Being able to watch the umd movies on a real tv is also nice.

Buy.com is great! I needed to get the PSP for a christmas gift. I couldn't find it in any store! I looked and I looked! I found this site and it was In Stock so I ordered it right away! The process was quick and easy and I was so excited when it came in earlier than expected! Will order from Buy.com again! The PSP itself is awesome - so light weight and the graphics are amazing.
