ANTOnline has BBB rating of D-
 
ANTOnline had a BBB rating of "F", which was upgraded to "D-". DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MERCHANT. It is a true case of "BUYER BEWARE". amazon.com is also complacent by allowing a merchant with such a poor rating from The BBB to continue doing business on their site.

Wrong items, refusal to accept returns. Other than that I guess it was OK
 
I've ordered from this merchant twice. (Second time was shame on ME).

In both cases, they shipped the wrong item.

In both cases, they refused to send a prepaid shipper for the return.

In both cases, I'm glad I ordered through Amazon who protected me from this miserable merchant.

Shop Here First!
 
The reason I entitled it, "Shop Here First" is because my first attempt at ordering the product I was seeking, I tried OnSale.com which turned out to be a disaster.

I should have gone to ANTonline to begin with.

I called first, to verify that they did indeed have 62 items in stock of what I was looking for. Showing how many they have makes a difference.

Then I placed my order, and paid for extra fast delivery to be delivered in 2 days.
I received confirmations of the process all along the way.

They sent me an email stating that my order would arrive on Aug 2nd, which would have been the 2 days.

I got home on Aug 1st ,and to my surprise, my order was already delivered!

I have to say that I am extremely pleased with their customer service, their website, the speed of delivery and their notification system. I will definitely shop with ANTonline in the future. Finding a good company that goes beyond what they promise is hard to come by. This company delivers!
