Why are they in business?
 
Called on multiple occasions to try to purchase a volume license for windows xp pro. Answered by machine. No call back. Tried again today (08/29/08) and they're out of the office til Labor Day's past,. Thought that was a working man's holiday. Looking elsewhere. Thanks for the thought that they wanted to sell product.
