It works
 
This is a substantial gigabit switch. I was immediately impressed with the heft of the unit. It is rack mountable. It is fan cooled. I plugged it in and it worked immediately. That was it, no fuss, no trouble shooting, just plug and play. It has been running for a few weeks now and I don't even think about it. I seriously can't believe I got this solid of a router for such a cheap price.

Great Gigabit switch
 
Tech Level: somewhat high
Ownership: 1 month to 1 year

Pros: This is a great switch as I have installed 2 of them. One in a woodworking facility with lots of electric motors. These units have worked flawlessly. As far as I can tell the data transmission speeds are very good. The price point is great for a 16 port gigabit switch.

Cons: No cons to speak other than I wish the jacks were rear mounted.

It works
 
I'm using this box in an isolated rack. It works and is fairly solid. I was impressed with the product for the price right out of the box. I haven't run any performance tests on it nor have I run into any problems (yet). I haven't enabled any VLANs on it yet or management applications. It also supports prioritization, but I have not used that yet.
