Running smooth
I've had this switch now for almost 5 months and have no complaints. The worst thing that comes to mind is that it's mildly warm to touch (about body temp), but it does sit under my desk with little to no air flow.
I was unsure about Trendware International and about their products since I didn't (and still don't) know anyone that owned any of their products. I searched the web and ended up finding positive reviews of this switch.

Can you say dud
I have had this product for about a week and so far it has yet to work as anticipated. I have called tech support twice and waited for approximately 30 minutes to no avail. After 10 minutes someone will tell they will call you right back which never happens. If you call back and complain you will spend the rest of your life on hold. Don't waste your time or money, it is a dud.

Worthy for small office
I used 8 of these switches to build a small office network of 50 computers. they have so far ben amazing after 3 months of use. for the price I coundn't even see another reason to use a diffrent switch. Out of our 50 machines about 20 are Gigabit G5 and G4 machines and the file transfers are fast!

Pros: Relatively cheap. Worked well when it was working.
Cons: Suddenly failed after about 4 months of use. Sent it back for RMA, received repaired larger and older model.

Pros: This is a nice solid switch with a metal case with wall mount holes in bottom. It runs well and will do 1000 speed with full duplex (2000) auto negotiation with a mix of gigabit Ethernet cards. Pros: When I received this switch I transferred a 700MB ISO file between 2 of my PC's with my Netgear 100Mb switch in place. It took 1 min and 30 secs to complete the transfer.
