Cons: Rebate denied since Trendnet would not accept copy of packing slip as copy of invoice.
Other Thoughts: If you want the rebate suggest you call Trendnet and ask what they need for copy of the invoice first.

Pros: gigabit and is little better priced than before. i like the power managment fetures. if a port is not in use it is powered off and such. why waste the power with everything live all the time :)
