Good High-end consumer switch

Pros: Great switch. Uses standard AEC power cable, not a wall adapter. Also has a metal housing, which is great for heat transfer. The only con is it is not managed, but for this price, it is awesome.
Cons: none really. It isn't a managed switch, but those are usually ALOT more expensive.

Dead after a week

Pros: When it was working it was very fast and quiet.
Cons: After a week, one half of the switch no longer works. After the initial self test the lights just stay lit, even when there is no cable connected. Then the cables that are connected dont work. Other half still works, but that is not good enough.

Pros: Very Fast switch, very crisp connections, no noticeable latency at all. Ran en entire Lan party on this switch with no problems. Even had several systems at once dumping several gigs of data back and forth and it did not interfere with gameplay at all. Very Impressed with this unit.
Cons: none seen so far.

Comments: Very nice switch extremely fast. This switch has made it through quite a few LAN parties without any lag whatsoever and file transfers during our LAN are lightning fast even when there is a 12 PC game going on. Buy this switch. I would reccomend it over any other 16 port switch out there except for a gigabit switch. Best 10/100 switch you will find. Buy now.
