4 port USB Switch
just what I was looking for. I am able to connect 2 computers to 1 printer. We each can print at the push of a button. We could connect 2 more computers if needed since there are 4 ports. Works great!

USB switch
USB switch works for my multiple computers to connect to the printer. Included with the switch is a 5 foot USB cable.

PRINTER on an IMAC and Dell PC
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) I hooked up this device (Which surprisingly didn't need a power cord) to my Imac and Dell PC. It works fantastic! (And instantly) I can print from either computer with the press of a button. You can hook up to 4 computers to share one device (I am sharing a printer) I highly recommend this product if you are trying to do what I did!

A simple and valuable solution
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) I wanted to share one printer with three computers. I was initially looking for an automatic print sharing device, but I found that the inexpensive ones are for just two computers. When you look for a device for three or more computers, then the price goes up. I didn't want to spend much money on it. I found this Belkin 4-port USB switch to be a simple, but very effective solution.

Belkin F1U200V 4-Port USB Switch
This product works as advertised with ease. I had no problems hooking 2 computers, a Mac and a PC, to share one printer. I also experimented and was able, thru a USB mini hub, to share an external hard drive as well as the printer with both computers. If I find I need another USB switch, I would not hesitate to purchase another Belkin.

Simple is best!
Right out of the box, I hooked 2 computers and 1 printer to it, and it works.
Important note that applies to all printer sharing switches: Your existing computer-printer is connected using 1 USB A/B cable, and you will need 1 additional A/B cable for each computer you are adding to the switch. In my case, I needed a total of 3 USB A/B cables for this job.

Works Great
I bought this switch to connect up several computers to one printer. Works great, never a problem, good design - choose between 4 ports, each one lights up when selected with button. Easy to see which computer is connected, easy to switch. Belkin quality.

Does what I need

works alright
I ordered the two-port switch but it came as the four-port. You need to push the button to switch between two computers. This is to be used in a situation that you want two (up to four) computers share one printer with USB connections. It works well. I also have the Iogear two-port switch in my office and it works pretty much the same. I guess either one is fine.
