Great Remote
I never right reviews about products but for this one I just had to. The remote is great! A few years ago I was tired of trying to juggle 5+ remotes to watch TV. I ended up buying a Philips TSU3000 Pronto NG. By all means it was a great remote. Biggest problem with it was that nobody could seem to use it but me. Yes its a bit pricey but in my case I no longer have to feed batteries to 12 different remotes. Performance is better than many of the original remotes its a breeze to program via the USB cable the button layout and design is well thought out every function of the original remote is available on this one and the activities allow any combination of devices to be turned on and controlled simultaneously. A good remote, but not flawless
Logitech introduces a much needed new Harmony remote, and I'm all over it, being a big Harmony fan!
The good:
1.) Much better button design and layout than any other Harmony remote. The buttons make a very satisfying click sound, especially by comparison to older remotes like the Harmony 550, 720, or XBOX360 Harmony remote. The "play" and "pause" buttons are finally easily distinguished from other buttons and easy to press.

Logitech hits a home run on this one!
I purchased the Harmony One recently to replace a "universal remote" which simply put all device controls into a single remote. With the old one, you still had to select each device separately, and then control it. Other than cutting down the living room clutter, it did nothing to simplify operations.
