Business class functionality
The network abilities of this unit are great. Network and email scanning are perfect. You can scan to computer over network with simple ScanClair driver. It will also allow you to scan to email, smb, and ftp as well. 1st page to print is quick.
The unit is configured with a nice web interface. Sleep mode works well, no noise.

High Operating Cost
Tech Level: somewhat high
Ownership: 1 month to 1 year
Pros: Prints, copies, scans and faxes just fine. No problems
Cons: The toner cost for this unit is exceptionally high. Toners cost more than $xxx each and one toner cartridge lasts about 6 weeks in a meduim office use situation.
Other Thoughts: Probably would not buy this particular unit again.

Quick and fast for not alot of money
It was quick to setup.
Fast first copy every time.
Easy Network setup/driver install.
unbelievable quality of copy especially for the price. .
Cons:
Front panel layout is a little different then other full sized copiers, takes some adjusting for users, not a big deal
