Lot of features but a bit noisy
I wanted an all in one printer that was also WiFi capable. This printer fit the bill. Other nice advertised features included two sided printing.

Works With Vista!!! Good Performance. Not Idiotproof.
My wife and I previously owned this printer's primary competition, the HP J6480. Unfortunately, the J6480's drivers were unstable on Vista and HP didn't fix the problem in three months' time as we hoped, so we decided to give this "Certified For Windows Vista" printer a whirl.
The outcome? It works! Vista is fully supported with no apparent issues, as you'd expect of a device earning the "Certified" status.

Broke immediately
After about 300 not-very-color intensive copies (ie no photos, mostly black with a purple decoration at the top) the cyan was out. I tried to go to an ink refill place, but Epson has chips in their ink that prevent refills. The ink is, therefor, very expensive. Even on low-quality/fast mode this thing goes through both black and color ink very, very quickly. The printer will not print if you are out of ink in any of one the cartridges--so you have to keep ink on hand at all times.

I set it up on a MAC Just fine
Tech Level: high
Ownership: 1 week to 1 month
Pros: For the mac users do not be scared I set this up on a network with two MACBOOKS. One using tiger and the other using leopard. Also on the same network is a windows xp sp3 machine a VISTA 64 bit and a Vista 32 Bit. All of the machines work without an issue. However on the network file transfers are slow.
I also set one up straight into an IMAC with leopard and have had no issues with anything at all. So so...

Pretty good printer
I've had my Epson 600 for several months and overall I am satisfied. The positive aspects include very fast printing -- it really spits out pages in a hurry, even color. The print quality is good but not exceptional -- I think the colors are perhaps a little less vibrant than my prior HP.
The unit is quite compact for an all-in-one, and color copying is easy and fast. I haven't tried scanning yet.

Best in Wireless - Here's setup instructions that work
I previously tried the Hp J6480...tried everything and support stopped returning phone calls..they couldn't get it to work either. Returned it and got this product.
