Fantastic Printer
This is an excellent printer, I bought it over 4 yrs ago when it was over 245 dollars. It was definitely expensive but since I was leaving home and going to school in London, I thought that it would be a good investment...and it was. I can't tell you how many times this little printer saved my (academic) life. When the school was closed it allowed me to print anywhere, an all night internet cafe, starbucks, etc...even in class when all of the school's computers were being used during finals and...

excellent printer...good looking item also.
Fast, compact, good looking, never had any problems, spit out the entire package of income tax returns (one federal and 2 states) without choking!Took 2 black cartridges.

Completely Unreliable
This is the worst piece of junk I've ever had. The first printer failed right out of the box. I've had the second one for about 6 months, and it has now failed - some obscure error message about updating the firmware that I can't find a solution for. I don't have time to fiddle with equipment - I need to turn it on and have it work. Never Again!!
