The number one reason why the Canon Pixma MP620 is a good buy is not because the prints come out perfect or is fast or it has wireless capability is because the cartridges are cheap. At 14.95 per cartridge this is a good printer to buy. Sometimes people leave out this very important factor. Other cartridges are 20-25 dollars each. Thats 30 Off. Printer is great, Supplied data on suggested ink is WRONG!
The MP620 Cannon wireless printer works great and was pretty easy to set up wireless. Pictures look much better than my prior Cannon 2000. Watch out for Amazon's "Frequently Bought Together" items with this printer. The ink cartriges sugested are WRONG! I had to send some back. The correct ones are the CLI-221 set of four color tanks and the separate PGI-220BK black tank.

I would recommend this product to everyone
I am pleasantly surprised that the photo reproduction is so excellent I could not tell the real photo from the copy and this is after I scanned the image. The machine is quiet and the user interface keeps things simple. I conducted much on-line researchprior to this purchase and made this canon my choice. Some great features for the price
I've only had this for a couple of days, but so far I like it very much. It replaced an Epson that died after just over a year. Out of warranty, of course. I have always had Epsons, but I got tired of not having a toll free support number.
I tried the Canon after seeing it in a store and reading some good reviews.

This is an outstanding printer for the price. It took me about 30 minutes to completely set it up after opening the box and I had no problems with the wireless setup like some others complained about. Just follow the directions step by step. The photo print is great looks just like you would get at a photo print shop. I even wirelessly printed a photo I had on my PS3. The PS3 recognized it in just a few seconds. Wireless setup with Mac v10.5
So far so good! Photographs look great, the print speed is pretty fast. I have tried scanning and copying, and both work well. My only problem initially was setting up the wireless feature with my Mac. The directions are fine, but the troubleshooting advice is not. Wonderful product, best printer you can buy for the money
I needed to get a new printer, my HP officeJet R40 was looking like a boat anchore on my filing cabinet and the ink was costing almost as much as a new printer to buy. I have in my house a desk top computer, a Dell laptop and a new macbook. I wanted to go wireless but was not certain that I could pull off getting all my devises to play nice. Bargain Printer/Scanner/Copier
Quiet, quick, compact. Setup is a long process but just follow the manual and you won't have any problems. I am not using the wireless or network setups, however. If the ink usage is better than my old Epson, I'll update to 5 stars. I like the way all the doors close so it doesn't collect dust and is easy to clean. The front door opens by itself when it needs to eject a page.
