Pros: I was extremely impressed with this unit. It is high efficiency, quiet, and extremely cool. Very flexible for different computer configurations. Save lots of $$$ yearly with the 80% efficiency vs. old 70% units.

Pros: Lots of SATA power connectors
Cons: Was completely DOA out of box. Didn't power up at all. The fan didn't even start to spin. Sent back for refund and will buy something else. No 20 pin adapter only 24 +4. If you have a hard drive mounted with with its bottom up against something then the right angle SATA connectors wont fit.

Pros: Cool, Quiet and looks good in the X-QPACK 2 case. Currently running a home theater PC 24x7x365, sleeping and waking on queue.
Cons: The only thing I'd want more is detachable cables, but that would make it another product.
