sturdy, easy to put together
I purchased this stool for my 2 year old son who is potty training. I was having a hard time finding a stool tall enough for his hands to reach the sink. This stool is the perfect height. I had someone helping me put it together and it was easy and didn't take very long. I could see how it might be hard if you were doing it by yourself, as one of us was holding the pieces in place while the other was putting the screws in. Overall it is a great stool. Great little stool for grandchildren
I am very happy with the KidKraft stool. I bought it for my grandchildren to use at the sink to wash their hands and brush their teeth. It came in four days and was easy to put together. I couldn't find it in any of the stores, so I ordered it online from WalMart and was very pleased to get it. I've even used it myself to reach a top shelf in the cabinet.

Great Product, Poor Customer Service
I purchased this stool for my 2 year old, and truly like everything about it -- it's sturdy, well crafted, functional, easy to clean and my daughter loves the storage. However, one of the screw fittings had a metal burr on it and did fit. I called the Customer Care line and they said they would send a replacement promptly and i never received it. After 3 tries i finally gave up. We still use the step but I'm slightly frustrated.
