Short working life
These worked OK for a while, then they died. Reset button and repeated attempts to connect failed.

Six month shelf live...
The RCA Wireless Phone Jack System works great right up to the point in time when it doesn't work at all. At that point, the lobotimized CSR that answers the phone (800-409-5111) will tell you that all you can do is to restart it - they offer no assistance with helping you to figure out where to send it for repair or replacement. There is no sense of fulfilling the warranty obligation. You are left with a non-functioning item with no place to send it for replacement or repair. My unit worked ...
