Terrible sound quality

Pros: Nice layout, good list of features.
Cons: Terrible sound quality in handset. Poor volume, too. Also, some models lack control of display brightness/contrast -- even if the manufacuturer's site states that this is a feature.

No caller id on this phone
With a display this big, you'd think you would automatically get caller id. NOOOOOOO
Save yourself some time. If you need caller id, get one of the other rca 4 line phones, all the others have it.

Good Business Phone

Pros: 4 Lines, easy-to-read display, works great, fairly inexpensive.
Cons: Wireless handset option is almost useless because you can't be on the phone and use the wireless extension at the same time. Why this is the case, I can't imagine. When you try to pick up the wireless handset when on an existing call, it just says ""Inhibited"" and fails. You can't use it for a call on another line o...

Doesn't have caller ID!
I bought one of these to replace my old Vtech 2-line that has been acting up. I don't need 4 lines, but their 2 line model doesn't have the ability to add cordless handsets. The price seemed decent for a nice looking multi-line desk phone.
