Pros: It's actually my first time installing a SATA hard drive, and wow, it realy does tidy up my pc by a lot. I don't really see the speed difference between SATA and PATA but if pros say so then I guess it is. Very affordable for anyone on the budget!

Pros: Oh this optical drive is sweet! It's silent, usually, and when writing to a dvd, it's whisper quiet. Absolutely no vibration when it's spinning. Good, Cheap Card for those who can Tweak

Pros: Inexpensive. Great performance and signal strength once using RaLink drivers.
Cons: Gigabyte's latest software & drivers are not recommended... let alone those on the included software/driver disc.
Signal strength was unconsistant and caused disconnects & latency while playing online games (WoW, Supreme Commander)....

Pros: Works fine. Small form factor is helpful.
Cons: The drivers provided with the item and the ones on the Gigabyte site are WAY outdated. They would not work in XPSP2. Go to ralinktech.com and download drivers for RT256x/RT266x, and it will install easily.

Terrible Gaming Performance

Pros: Cheap and tiny. Pretty straight forward installation. Works for 64-bit Vista.
Cons: The thing looses packets like no other. Online gaming along with downloading large files will be interrupted because of the weak connection. I would stay away from this one play online games, download large files.

Pros: Once you obtain the correct drivers and software and use them, this adapter is blazing fast for anything, including gaming! I play Team Fortress 2 using this adapter on a basic wireless G router one floor up from me with a 80 ms ping from B-ham AL to the server in Chicago, IL. No lag, no dropouts, no problems.

Pros: Very cheap, and is working well enough for me to write this review. :)
Cons: It looks like 2 or 3 groups might be working on Linux drivers for this. You may want to try different drivers, and you'll have to remember to get the firmware too (see "other thoughts" below).

Pros: This $19.00 giga honey replaced a $40 linksys. The linkless did not like UBU. Installed it and had it on my wireless net in 3 minutes or less with WPA and good signal strength. It's about 30' from the router in another room.
