Pros:
Low cost enclosure. Works alright when it is first started up. Configuration is straightforward.
Cons:
iTunes library updating feature was very slow and crashed all the time. The NAS will frequently drop from the network and require a hard reset. It will respond to ping, but that is about it. Even D-Link's Easy Search Utility won't detect it. The firmware updates did not ...

(What's this?) For an inexpensive little box, I really like this. I have two drives, mirrored, for a total of 1TB of storage for MP3s, video, computer backups, etc.
I have it set to send me email if a drive fails. It has features I don't use (such as a DHCP server & FTP server).
It's quiet, low power (and the drives spin down when not accessed at a user defined time limit).

Pros:
Got this NAS enclosure on sale, and it has performed up to par with what I expected. Stuck some 1TB 5900 rpm barracudas in a RAID 0 setup. Easy to setup and a clean interface.
Cons:
It's a little slow on initial read but its really only b/c of the Hard Drive Hibernation feature, so you may want to disable it.

I can't think of any cons. It works well with both Linux and Windows 7. I also use it for storage of MP3 files with and access it with my Vtech Internet Radio

2. Works well with PS3 as uPNP server. Remember to select a non root folder for uPNP and use 192.168.1.x
3. Cute device. Really tiny and well constructed
4. Hackable. Run fun_plug for ssh, bittorrent, etc
5. Works well with 1.5TB WD Green HDD
