Pros: The television is very aesthetically pleasing.
Cons: At this time LG is aware of, and has been aware of, a lip sync issue with this model TV and previous models. They willingly distributed product to vendors and customers alike with full knowledge that there are conflicts with a number of cable boxes used by companies such as COMCAST but failed to mention this.

Pros: The picture is great! Games look outstanding. The slim design is great for my narrow living room.
Cons: I need to invest in better curtains, the glare from the glass screen is very noticeable.
Other Thoughts: Great deal for the price, most LCD's with specs similar are higher priced.
