Didn't even work for 2 weeks
This microwave was a replacement for a Sharp that we had for 15 years. This one didn't even last for 2 weeks with limited use reheating items. It started working intermittently, timer would count down and after a while the microwave unit would finally kick in. Finally the same day the microwave unit would not run at all.
Tried unplugging it to reset the electronics but no luck.
I'm very disappointed in the quality of the current Sharp microwaves. Would have given it a z...

Function great, but!

(What's this?) We have only had the microwave for a couple of months and are very satisfied with how the unit heats and functions our only complaint is the size of lettering on controls. In low light conditions they are very difficult to read.

It works well
Replaced another large microwave I had. Size is good and heats well.
A little different than my Panosonic but learning!Husband loves the pop corn setting!
Price was right as well as the size!
Would only consider one with a caurosel as it heats more evenly. Can slow down the power so things do not bubble over.

almost as good
This microwave is replacing one that is almost identical. While the power on this is 1100 or 1200 watts (depending in what description you read), it is not as good. On my old one, when I would use the "baked potato" button, they were cooked. On this one, the top of the potato or potatoes does not cook. I have to turn them over and cook for another minute. Not the end of the world, but different. I am not sorry I bought this and I would do it again.

Our rplacement "SHARP" Microwave
We love this Sharp Microwave. Unfortunately we had to replace one six years old as the touchpad was worn out on the start button. The best deal was Walmart and we ordered online and picked it up at the store in a couple of days!
