Almost perfect
Pros; With included dongle they sound as good as any other headphones I have ever owned. Battery life seems good as well.
Cons; Connected to my samsung sync they get a little glitchy(like a skipping cd). It's incredibly annoying.
Bottom line; they sound good wired or with included dongle, but used with other bluetooth devices is hit or miss.

Unsupported Junk
Product is unsupported by Creative. I have a bigger head and they are uncomfortable to wear. Also, not working - though shown as connected. Not clear if they can be used with a bluetooth link seperate from the converter provided - which may be my problem. But as I said, not working and not supported.
Dell also refuses to accept return.

Good Headphones
Although I rated the headphones high, I personally had difficulty with them. First, they work GREAT and are easy to use, my difficulty was that they are a little heavy and kept slipping off my ears. I was not able to walk around with them on. They are almost too tight and after they were on a while my ears started to hurt. They come with two types of ear pads and I tried both but could not get comfortable with either of them. It doesn't make sense, they are too tight with no adjustment but ...

Chunk of Junk
People here are complaining about uncomfortable headphones. Low quality connectors. Bad sound.
They are the lucky ones!
Connection is provided by Bluetooth protocol, Bluetooth requires pairing, and this "device" loses pairing as soon as adapter is connected to the sound source.

Great sound but FRAGILE!!!!
I have returned 2 of these headphones for replacement in the 9 months that I have owned them. The sound quality is great, the reception is better than I expected and the unit is light/ easy to set up and use. HOWEVER, there is a problem intrinsic to using a small wire to connect the device to an MP3 player. It apparently breaks when moved around too much and then the user gets choppy signals, dropped guitars (while still hearing drums and vocals) and a fuzzy static type sound that comes and goes...
