Great Item for the Price
I just bought this TV, and I really like it. It has nearly every type of connector on it, so you can hook up all of your audio/video equipment or even your computer. It was easy to hook up and it gets great HD reception with just my old rabbit ears. It gets better reception than my old TV which is hooked up to a converter box & HD antenna. The sound is good and the picture quality is very nice. I bought mine for $200.00, so look around for a good price before buying.

Amazing HDTV!
I purchased this at one of the larger chain stores for less than 200. You can not beat this right now anywhere.
I have it set up in my office with just a plain ole set of rabbit ears. I pick up twelve digital channels and I am basically in a concrete dungeon.
Set up was a breeze. Everyone who comes in my office is amazed by the picture and a few have gone out and purchased one for their home.

Great Television
Vizio has, for some time, been making the best 'cheap' LCD TVs available. This 19" LCD HDTV is by far the best one I have seen under $200 today. I looked around for quite some time. This blows away the comparable priced Dynex and Westinghouse TVs, and it holds its own against the Samsungs and Sharps of the world that are at least $100 more. Excellent product with lots of conductivity including 2 HDMI and 1 component connection. The digital tunner is also excellent with clear stable OTA receiption. Many other reviewers of small LCD TVs complain about the sound quality or rather lack of. This unit has very good sound with plenty of volume. I would highly recommend considering this Vizio if you are looking for a small LCD TV.

VIZIO VA19L - THE BEST TV FOR THE PRICE!
I have meticulously researched 19 to 26 inch LCD HDTVs over the last few months. I found the Vizio VA19L, 19 inch, LCD HDTV. It has an amazing 5000:1 contrast ratio. In reasearching all of the other comparable brands in the $300.00 or less category, I could not find anything above 1000:1. Nice TV Set
I just received this 19" Vizio, and so far, I really like it. It has fantastic sound, and I have to keep it set down as low as a 3 or 4. The HD picture (which I looked at through an over-the-air antenna) was great. But, unfortunately, my DISH programming only has digital and not HD. The digital picture is nice, but not crystal clear like the HD signal, which is the same situation as my 42" JVC TV. But for the price, I am very happy.

Small Viewing Angle
I read a lot of positive reviews on this HDTV so I decided to check it out a Target. Its picture looked great, when you were standing directly in front of it, but compared to the rest of the HDTV at Target it has the worst viewing angle. It didn't matter if you moved left, right, above or below, the picture looked very dark from every angle. I have two other LDC HDTVs (Sony & Toshiba) and neither have this problem. Outstanding HDTV
Using this set with an off-air antenna. Excellent picture quality and a very sensitive tuner. Pulled in 4 more channels than the Toshiba and the picture was sharper. More important, the volume level is great on a digital channel where some sets fail because of low volume levels. This was a refurbed set and I couldn't behappier with it.

Great LCD for reasonable price
The TV is hooked up to regular cable, not an HD box. However, when I setup the TV, it found a few HD channels and must say the picture is great. Very crisp and you can really see the difference between HD and the regular channels. The sound is good as well. I havent put it past 10 and it goes much higher. The range does vary depending on what channel I'm watching but its not a big deal. Overall great TV for a small bedroom or kitchen and of course much cheaper than the other brands.
