Pros: Fantastic picture, easy to program and even label inputs for the OSD.
Cons: If you have stairs, get someone to help you up them with it, this thing is a beast!

Annoying red pixel in the right of the screen
I wouldn't recommend any Toshiba lcd tv's. After a couple of months of use, a red pixel started to appear approximately 5 inches from the right panel, centered vertically. I called for support, and all they said that this was a "feature"; well, I call it a defect. I have a Sharp Aquos 32" about 4 years old and a Pioneer 43" plasma over 5 years old now, none of them have any problems. Stick with Sony, Sharp or Pioneer but stay away from Toshiba or you'll be stuck with their "features".

Pros: The picture quality from this TV is fantastic, especially its motion compensation and 3/2 pulldown handling. The scaler in this TV is almost certainly better than you have in your DVD player, so play your standard-def DVDs at 480i or 480p to get the best quality picture.
