Pros: The picture looks great, high resolution, very dark blacks and bright colors. The signal graphic on the hud is helpful. Glow in the dark remote. The tv itself is a nice weight not heavy at all.
Cons: The menus are slow, when switching channels it is so slow! The buttons on the remote are aranged in a strange way. The default settings on this tv are really bad.

Fabulous value
I bought this TV for our bedroom two weeks ago based on the price and the positive reviews I read about it. I was a little skeptical that such a low-priced LCD could provide the kind of quality I was looking for but this is the real deal. The picture is bright and crisp even using the component cables I'm stuck with until my new HDMIs arrive. Background
We decided a while ago that we wanted to upgrade all tube TV's in our household with decent wall mounted HDTV's. So we started of researching and initially bought the Samsung LNT series. This HDTV @ 1080P had a great price point for the specifications listed (contrast, resolution, available ports).
The second brand we bought was the Sharp, more specific the aquos series. Again, very similar to the Samsung although a bit more pricy and not necessarily as nice looking.

Great buy
This is my first HDTV, got it for $679 + tax from Amazon over thanksgiving.
Initially I was a little skeptical because of the low price tag and lack of reviews but I decided to take the plunge and buy it coz Toshiba is an old and reputed brand.
Pros:
- The picture quality is simply amazing on this TV. Blacks are pitch black and the colors are sharp.
- Blu ray DVD's are crystal clear at 1080p.
- Response time, while not great has not been a hindrance in gaming...

THE BEST A MONEY CAN BUY... HAND DOWN DOGG
I was just looking to buy a very afordable t.v. with the basic specifications for my money. And came across this nice 1080p hi-def t.v that had petty much every hook up that I really need. like pc hook up three hdmi plug for my x-box 360 blue ray dvd and also my cable tv and let me tell you. You couldnt find a better t.v for ur money. The only thing that is all not that great is the sound but nothing a little surround sound counldnt fix ... and also in is a good size tv for the bedroom mount on...

Great TV, Looks very nice
The picture is execellent i have it running my 360 pc and cable right now and it looks great i havent picked up my HD cable box yet but even the standard cable isnt too bad. Colors are great. br To me the sound isnt that bad it seems average for atv. i have mine playing through a surround sound so i dont worry about it anyway. The only thing is i couldnt get the fiber optic output to work with my surround sound i didnt know if im doing something wrong or something or if maybe its not working ...

Great TV!
I am in total love with this TV! I just purchased it a week ago and have not found anything wrong with it except for the crackling of the right speaker when the Q-Sound is enabled... Other than that my PS3 is now coming to good use with all my Blu-Raymovies at 1080p resolution it is GREAT!!! Pros: Excellent picture, very crisp and clean. Bright picture, easily adjusted on all aspects, excellent for the size and price. I use it for my XBOX360 and it's never looked better, no lag from what I can see. Also use it for a monitor for my laptop, and it's amazing.
Cons: No TOS/Digital in for sound, but most my sound travels via HDMI ...
