Good bedroom TV
I bought this TV about two weeks ago to replace my 15 tv that I have had in my baedroom for about 15 years! I already had a Tochiba 42 LCD at home and I am very satisfied with it. This tv is great! Great picutre great sound DVD player wookd good. It isvery slow at changing channels but its ok for me I dont do too much channel surfing in the bedroom. I think this is a great TV at a good price.

Good TV
Ive been waiting to buy a TVDVD for about 9 months now. I was hesitant because of the mixed reviews of the major brands available like Sharp Polaroid and even Toshiba ironically enough. Good picture. Make sure you have a cable box or wait time is long
The previous reviews are pretty much right on. Did alot of research on 19DVDTV combos for our kitchen - this was the best bang for the buck. Picture sound great. DVD works well. Only complaintsbr1. I first plugged the coax cable directly into the cablefeed - bypassing the cable box. Time between changing channels 5-7 secs no joke. Great 19 inch combo LCD-DVD
Have been looking to upgrade a kitchen set and add the DVD player all in one shot. Reviewed and looked at a number of sets from all the usual suspects. This one got the selection due to price, features, name and quality (have 32" "tube" TV and DVD player that are Toshiba as well as past laptops). Great TV and DVD! Sound a bit tinny
I bought the white version of this LCD TV and DVD combo - the picture is almost as good as my 84 Mitsubishi 19 which was known for its great color and picture. I feel the LCD picture on this set is one of the best I have seen. The remote is nice and isbacklit though it is a bit dim to see still. brbrI love the non-skid backing on the base which keeps the unit stable - and this TV can be mounted with standard VESA wall mounts not included. Exceeded Expectations
Looks great. Has much better picture than comparable home brands of same size from Best Buy, etc. Replaces a bedroom 13" CRT w/VHS player. Brings in off-the-air analog and digital signals just fine. DVD picture quality is great, too. I've read other reviews which said sound quality was sub-par, but we think it's fine for our purposes. I'd recommend it to a friend.

Toshiba 19LV505 - Poor Audio
The picture is good, the DVD player is a nice feature (especially with kids) but the sound is horrible. We have it in our basement where we run on a treadmill and, with the treadmill going, you can't hear any sound (even with the volume at its maximum level).

Excellent TV
Had my TV mounted under cabinet kitchen counter. I sit at the peninsula counter 12 feet away with volume half way and the sound is very adequate. Picture is a lot better than the Toshiba 19HLV87 DVD combo before it. and is more compact. With the QAM tunerI am able to view in High Definition unencripted HD channels from my cable without a box. Good kids room TV
Picked up three days ago to replace a Disney Cars TV that lasted less then 2 years remote contol died four months before the TV. No problem with setting up. Picture and sound is great!brbrHave watched 4 DVD movies with no problems. Like others have saidtheir is a delay when changing channels. brbrTheir is a last channel button below the pause button took some time to find. brbrSo far so good would buy again.

Great Kid TV
Perfect for a small bedroom. Sound quality is great for a little TV. Picture is awesome with just bunny ears on for right now. HD signal much better than the Polariod in our other bedroom. Overall would buy again and would consider other Toshibas in the future
