Great TV at an affordable price, not flawless though
It suprises me that Sony come up with a 46", 1080P at less than $1600 retail. I own a 42" Panasonic Plasma and need to get another TV for the basement, and admittedly I want one bigger than 42" too since I sit almost 12 ft away from the TV. Spectacular!! Picture & Sound unmatched by any other brand
Weve had our Sony 46 LCD for a little over a week its our 4th flat screen tv 2 are plasmas and 2nd Sony LCD. Hands down, best TV for the price
Bought this TV after about 3 months of research. Watched all the TVs in Best Buy, Circuit City, Frys, etc., for hours. Could not get past the picture quality of this TV as compared to other models on the wall. And sound quality was by far the best among the TVs I looked at - important if you don't plan to use a home theater system. I was one of the first to purchase one of these on the West coast.
I had read about everything I could find about this TV that I could find well before it came out . I made my purchase sight unseen and on pure faith. I initially was disappointed with the picture until I tried different input cables. Once I got the right cable hooked up IT ROCKED!! This is well worth the money and I am extremely happy. My son in law left his Sony 40 XBR with me when he left for Iraq with his Army unit. This TV is every bit as good as that XBR. I knew I had to get one for myself...

This one stands out as the best we could find.
My wife and I spent hours and hours looking at flat screens before buying the 46 Bravia. Best decision we ever made. Its absolutely perfect for our den. Everyone wants to watch it. Its not the cheapest but we believe its the best picture excellent sound quality we seldom even run the surround sound and a great value. Even though it has a lousy remote we would buy another one -- in fact we are buying a 40 for the bed room this winter.

Great TV for the Price, with Picture Adjustments included.
After my previous 42" Plasma went out on me after only 2 years of working, I decided I was done with Plasma and wanted an LCD. I play alot of games and wanted to use the tv as a monitor. Looks and sounds great
This is my second hdtv the first was the 27" Olevia. Since that purchase almost 10 months ago I have scrolled literally through hundreds of reviews commercial and consumer. Brands that I looked into repeatedly where: Philips, Olevia, Samsung, Vizio, Westinghouse, and LG.
I've rented an LG and it had probably the most amazing surround sound. My roommate owned a smaller sized Phillips which had fantastic image quality.
