I wish I could give a 5-star review for the tv. But I don't have it. I ordered this tv on Oct. 8, 2009 with estimated delivery Oct.15, 2009. It was coming by Pilot and tracking showed it to be in Indianapolis, IN on Oct.9 and in Groveport, OH on Oct 12. Having heard nothing from anyone on Oct. 15, I e-mailed Pilot and did get a quick response saying that my tv was now with their home delivery company and gave me a phone number. This Samsung LCD is the finest Samsung I've seen and I have 4 of them.In fact with Christmas approaching will probably purchase anothedr as a gift for my daughter. Good TV

Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) This TV is excellent and the delivery and installation was great! My only complaint with the whole HDTV industry is that they don't tell you you must have a receiver with each set to get the very best picture. I guess I'm supposed to know that, but when will the dish people perfect their connections so we don't need a separate receiver and monthly charge for each set? Probably never.
