Sound isn't weak like most other LCD panels I've seen.

Best 19 inch LCD on Amazon
Ideal for bedroom or Kitchen with Excellent picture and best surround sound built in such a small size so I replaced 32 VIZIO in Living room to 32 Samsung like this one and same great picture on HDMI and I use to use external JVC surround Sound system because Vizio wasn't powerful enough which is not needed with Samsung!
If you have a chance go to Local Retailer and see for yourself but hope you come back here to buy - Thanks for checking reviews smart buyers.

Bright. Excellent colors. Excellent options.
Cons:
The PC plug is only VGA, not digital. The onscreen menus are a bit small for a TV. I use it in my bedroom and I have to squint with my glasses on to read the menu text. When I'm laying in bed I'm approximately 10-12" away from the screen.

Excellent TV
I think this TV was a great buy for my bedroom. I do not see the halo that someone described. I also can go into the menu and bring up the sleep timer using my remote and I don't find that difficult at all. I was not aware about the base being able to mount to the wall and so that was a nice "Freebee!" The base mounted very nicely to the enclosed brackets and so I have a TV that can be used in the bedroom and I can carry to another room if necessary very easily.
