Great TV at a fantastic price
I picked up this TV yesterday for $388. I worked for a high end commercial video manufacturer for 20 years as their training director so I have been dealing with HDTV since the mid 90s. The picture and the features on this Panasonic TV are excellent and remarkable for the low cost. Picture quality is good, and I would recommend this unit for anyone looking for a 32 inch screen ......

first flat screen, glad I waited to buy!
This TV was just recently released as of the time of this review, and it's one of the best TVs under $500 you can find on the market. I did a LOT of research looking for what I wanted in a TV. The Panasonic Viera C12 series, 32 inch tv is my first lcd tv. Great Picture
I recently bought this TV and I am totally satisfied with it. The picture is absolutely beautiful.
This set is used in my bedroom and receives over the air signals. I have an amplified antenna and the reception on this set is much better than what I received with my old 20 IN Panasonic with rabbit ears. I don't intend to connect a DVD player to this set since I have one with my other set in the family room, and I haven't tried to use a SD memory card yet.

Great HDTV
This is the second Panasonic HDTV that I've purchased. This 32" Panasonic with 720P is as clear as the 37" Panasonic HD LCD with 1080P. They're both great watching TV"s.

Good unit
The TV arrived on time and in perfect condition. It was easy to set up and did not need any adjusting. The only reason I did not give it a fifth star is its lack of an audio output jack for my wireless headphones. I am in an open concept condo and I miss having headphones.

TV Blacks out, and Panasonic won't do anything about it
I purchased this tv because I already have a 50" plasma Panasonic and have been very pleased with it. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for this 32" LCD. Within minutes of hooking it up to my U-Verse box (via the HDMI input) and calibrating the res to 720, the tv starting blacking-out. I contacted the distributor, who sent me to Panasonic, who sent me to a local "certified" repair shop. They sent down some "monkey" who said it was AT&T's fault. Great secondary TV
Before this, my gf had a flat tube tv. Although it was a sony, CRTs are past their prime. She didn't have any fancy (HD) cable service since there was no need for it. She didn't even have a cable box! So I bought this TV and just plugged it into the wall, expecting the worst reception on an HDTV ever.
