Requires heavy adjustments, but a great monitor overall
I actually purchased this monitor back in November '08 and I returned it out of utter disgust, cause it looked absolutely terrible as a monitor. Pros: Flips between digital channels a lot faster than other tuners I have used.
Cons: Little pricey, but it's a nice large monitor as well as a HD television.
Other Thoughts: Power "button" takes some getting used too, I have to use a thumb rather than an index finger (small fingers).

EXQUISITE MONITOR! A digital photographer's dream.
As a professional photographer, I am constantly looking for the best hardware to develop and enhance my work. I handed down my Gateway 24" LCD to my wife and I upgraded to this T260HD. Awesome monitor!
I use mine as a computer monitor also for PS3 and cable TV. The picture is great especially HD television and blu-ray discs on the PS3. I like the fact that it has an optical out port to connect to a home theater and will do the audio switching. Thismonitor is big but not too big.

Best monitor I have ever owned
The Samsung T260HD is the best monitor I've ever owned. I was using dual 19 inchers (Samsung 940BX and Samsung 971P) and this blows both of them away. I'm an amateur photographer and my photos look amazing on this monitor -- big screen, high resolution, clear bright colors. The images are very sharp and detailed. Great picture with DVI and HDTV
I replaced a 24 Samsung with this monitor. Upon initial start-up the tuner quickly found all clear-QAM digital cable signals and then deleted the scrambled channels something that many HDTV tuners neglect. The picture was good out of the box but better after calibration with the Avia HD-DVD. An Unusual Combination of Good & Bad Features
I have a Samsung LN52A750 LCD television which is an awesome set for use either as an HDTV or as a computer monitor. I really like the style it has with the TOC (touch of color) and the crystalline bezel design. GREAT TV / MONITOR COMBO
I just want to address a few things. For viewing television, the picture is amazingly good. Playstation 3 looks awesome... literally the best that I've seen.
When used as a monitor... The color profile for any PC monitor is always controlled by the graphics card, so you have to go into the settings of your graphics card and tweak everything to make it look right... once you take the time to do that, it looks great.

Pros: Got this a few months ago and it works very well. Good colors, no ghosting in games, 1080p movies look great, TV looks good (even non-HD looks ok), Xbox 360 over HDMI works well looks great.
