Pros: Absolutely brilliant resolution; crisp and bright. Height/swivel/tilt adjustment work well. Zero dead pixels.
Cons: Connection locations a little awkward, but once hooked up, not a problem.
Other Thoughts: I replaced a Dell 1800FP with this--23" is HUGE and I probably would have gone with a 22" next...

1 HDMI, DVI, VGA in one monitor: YES
2 Stand provides adjustment in height/swivel/tilt, very few do. THIS IS REALLY IMPORTANT! I never realized how much so. I feel like Goldilocks: adjustment was just right for viewing.
3 Outa da box to fully functioning: 5 mins flat....

Pros: Bright, Full Dynamic Range display, excellent black levels and the white is very white, but never over-blown. 0 dead pixels. Easy, intuitive controls. excellent maximum resolution. No blur or movement effects in games, crisp clear picture.
Cons: The ONLY thing I can so far think of would be that the stand does not let you rotate the monitor ...
