Great little vacuum

I do like this vacuum a lot, we found it picked up a whole canister full of dirt, pet hair, and etc. after we first got it and ran it over our floors. I appears to do a great job and for the money, can't beat it! I would recommend it to anyone wanting a good maching at a lower price.

Horrible piece of Junk!!!!

I hate this vacuum. I moved to the states from Germany where I had all wood floors so my swiffer was my best friend. Here my new house was totally carpeted. Needless to say I bought this vacuum thinking it was the best little product. I should have checked the reviews. I have allergies so emptying this thing is the worst; dust flies everywhere and you might as well buy a new filter everytime you empty the cup which is a beast to take off. No Screws

Recvd the product in a timely matter. After a couple of days open up the box and discovered there were no screws. Called Dirt Devil and was told the screws would be shipped, after a week still no screws. Called again and was told there was no record of my previous call requesting screws. So again I requested screws, by now it's week 2. I returned the vacuum cleaner. The screws showed up three weeks later. Don't know if the vacuum cleaner worked or not. That's my only regret.
