Good headset, but one problem
Overall I feel this is a good bluetooth headset, with good voice quality and quick pairing, however I ran into one problem. The multi-function button is setup to redial the last number when you press it once. So, when paired with my Blackberry I accidentally dialed the previous number every time I went to re-adjust the headset in the ear (the button is fairly sensitive as well). I am not sure if this problem is only with Blackberry phones or other devices as well.

Tiny earpice
I just bought this bluetooth ear piece and have been using it for a week. It's strengths are it's tiny size, about 1cm x 3 cm, it's comfort (it sits within the ear canal- comes with three different ear pieces), and it's relative long battery life, 70 hours standby and 4 hours of talk time. The only weakness I've found so far is the small size of it's volume buttons, almost impossible to adjust while it's actually in my ear. Pricey but worth it if you are looking for the newest coolest ear pie...

The Samsung WEP410 bluetooth headset performs remarkably well, is reasonably easy to use and is comfortable to wear for short periods of time. With the rebate making this headset well under $20, it's a fantastic value. It is not however, without some problems.

Good fit, great sound, functionality is ok but could be better
I bought this WEP410 to replace my Samsung WEP200 headset. The 200 was itself a step up from the Plantronics Voyager 510 which was highly rated, though I found the 200's sound quality, connectivity via bluetooth 2.0 instead of of the Voyager's 1.2, inconspicuous size, and price to all be superior to the Voyager. But the 200's sound was still a little muffled, and the fit was earbud-style which wasn't always comfortable for my small ear canals. After reading tons of reviews, I settled on the 410 ...

Great headset .................. but
I generally like this headset. It looks light and cool and has good sound, and since the earpiece is in your ear, this works well in noisy environments. It does pick up ambient noise, but I can't imagine how that can be avoided in a headset of this type. I had a Plantronics 320, and this one is better. I wouldn't buy the Plantronics again.
It stays put with the proper adapter, and I am really active outdoors.

Pros:
Really tiny
Very comfortable to wear, very easy to place in your ear, ear-hook not needed
Very secure; you can jump up and down with this thing on and it won't budge.
Great sound for the user. There is occasional static but it is not a big deal.

This has got to be one of the top headsets. Headsets that fit in your ear canal is a must. If fits securely in with 3 interchangeable buds. Noise cancelling is great and it will never probably fall off your ear unlike those headsets that rest only next to your ear or clamps around your ear with those loops. Very very loud at max volume. Secure and lightweight while in your ear. I could play tennis with this thing on and not worry about it falling off. Its a must have. You will love it.....

Can't Recommend
Plus
On the plus side it is very comfortable and lightweight, and easy to charge up using the cradle.
Minus
However, the buttons are very hard to use as mentioned in an earlier review, and for me the sound quality was so poor that all the other features become irrelevant. I did not feel like I could carry on a convesation no matter how close the phone was.
I am returning this one and will look for a replacement.

Great Sound
Tech Level: somewhat high

Pros: This unit is very small. No more giant bug on your ear. It is an in the ear system so you don't need a lot of shielding. The sound is great on both sides of the call.
