Oh! It was my very first phone !! :-)
7 years ago, i was reluctant to get a cell phone, afraid of acquiring yet another gadget that can break down on me and drive me insane (!!) -- anyway, this was my VERY FIRST cell phone, and i was SO RELIEVED that it functioned perfectly for the 3+ years that i owned it -- until i finally changed it for a smaller and sleeker samsung that worked equally well. ;-)

Poor design...
Purchased two of these phones (my wife and I) a short time after they entered the market. After about 3 months, we both started seeing problems with reception and always seemed to get poor signal strength no matter where we were at the time. After 6 months, the phone operating system starting locking up and the earpiece volume was barely audible (it was so bad in fact, that we had to switch to headsets).
