Easily partitioned if desired.
USB capability is also nice for back-up should eSata problems arise.

Pros: Took about 2 hours to drag my entire collection of pictures from a Windows XP system using a USB cable. It took about 10 minutes to put them on my Toshiba Laptop with Vista using the eSATA cable. I was amazed how easy the Calvary Hard Drive was to hook up. Yes, computer off, hook up drive and turn on then turn on computer and it works.

Pros: My first external drive,and I'm quite happy at the moment. Already backed up one computer using usb,took an hour to do 60 gigs,backing up my main rig now using e-sata,160 gigs estimating less than an hour.This was the fastest delivery ever from Newegg,ordered Moday afternoon,recieved late Tuesday afternoon.
