A mediocre program for the price
I was very disappointed by this product because most of the "effects" are cheesy pencil-scratches and lame image distortions. The Cartoon feature is also lame because it doesn't outline for crap and you can't manipulate it easily. The only effect I like is Emboss, which lets you choose any solid color and the depth of embossing the pic to look like a metal plate. Other than that, I don't use it because the VicMan Photo Editor freeware I already had is much better and easier to use, has a Caricat...

Disappointed in this version
Let me start by saying I typically love PhotoImpact. I have used it since version 7 and have upgraded it over the years. I started out photo editing using PhotoShop and found that I liked everything about PhotoImpact better. However, I can not recommend version 13. I am so disappointed it in and I am trying to return it (yea right?!). It installed fine after removing my version 11 and I was up and running. I spent a lot of time getting my desktop exactly how I like it, adding and deleting too...

photo shop pro
I bought this impact pro and have used it awhile. I find not as many enhancement features as I thougt. It is difficult to go back and forth into sub menu options. The quailty of the print out is great. Still trying different features. Pat,calif.

PhotoImpact Pro 13
I have had previous versions of PhotoImpact, and love their product. I like to get the latest version, and this version is well worth purchasing, however, I have not had time to review all the new features.

Good program, sketchy compaeny
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) I want to start by saying I like the program just fine. It does WAY more than what I need, but handy to have the extras for some random project I may have. What I didn't like was the Rebate offer. They give you another option to double it, but when you look further it's actually an offer to get some more not very exciting software.
