Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) I have used Autocad ver 10,12,14, 2002 before Autocad 2010 LT.
I use the classic w/ 3 toolbars use keyboard commands.
I do not like some of the newer things like the ribbon but that is why autocad is so great you can set it up like you want.
The only thing I miss with LT it will not run lisp files but this can be done with an add on program.

We had been running 2008LT, which did the job, but made certain things (PDF import, active XREF modifying, attribute editing, etc.) a total pain. 2010LT does all of these things and more. Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) Installed with no problems on a Vista 64 bit machine. I am really surprised how well it runs on a 4 GB quad core. They continue to be a leader in the 2D market with the LT (light) product. We felt they wanted a premium for the full version and that prevented us from buying it. When we do go 3D, we may go with Pro-Engineer for more sophisticated and mature product.
