I had one by GE that gave me trouble - This one is so much better! All my external HDs work & stay connected even after a reboot!

Excellent Product
I have two of these hubs and both worked as advertised out of the box. I haven't had any trouble with either. If you need more USB connections you can't go wrong with it. It's often offered with rebates, so it is really a great value.

Excellent Hub for MacBook
Nice and compact and is good match for my Macbook. The power adapter does the trick for the operation of the hub.

The way a product should be
This is my second D-Link hub of this type. Simple, straightforward, no kitch, no nonsense. Works as it should. Reasonable price.

Amazing!
Every usb device I plug into this thing works great. Some people say there are certain devices that you really have to work and push to make them fit, but I appreciate that, it makes me be sure that nothing will come unplugged that's not supposed to (and it's never really that hard to push a usb plug into it, just a little tougher than normal). Works perfectly with new iMac and old dell laptop. All around great hub, best I've ever used or seen.

Doesn't totally get the job done
The hube will handle most plug ins but when I attach my printer the computer will not recognize it. I plug everything into the hub but I have to plug my printer directly into my laptop. The D-Link help online is no use whatsoever. Nonetheless it gets most of the jobe done.

DLINK Hub: Affordable and Solved My Problem
I purchased this DLink Hub to fit with my Mac Mini. The Mini only has one USB port on its back, and I have a bunch of peripherals. I plugged-in the hub, plugged-in my peripherals, and have been up-and-running ever since.
This device allowed plug-and-play, and was offered with a good rebate.
Overall, this seems to be a great, working, and efficient product.

Couldn't be better
Great product. Well made. Works flawlessly. Not even a criticism but may be improved with holes to allow wall mounting.
