Pros: This product is great! Compact, easy installation, great look, great picture quality, what more could you want from an external tv tuner? I have an sli setup, so I am using all of my internal motherboard slots, so this is my best option for getting a clear tv signal to my 30 inch Hi-def monitor.

Pros: Very easy to load and use. Great picture quality. Great way to watch TV on you PC.
Cons: Had problems with the closed caption but had excellent response from customer service. Updated the software that came with the retail package and it solved the problem.

Cons: i bought this dumb tuner and i have yet to get it to work, i have tried everything from reformatting to using third party software and i even rmaed it, spend over 100 bucks trying to get it to work and nothing, tech support has no reason why and its too late to return, what a waste
