A piece of garbage
Don't buy this card. It won't install under Windows XP. I downloaded the latest drivers from the company's web site and still nothing. So I'm out of $109 + shipping. Manual don't help no troubleshooting guide.

BEWARE of rebates from Kworld
BEWARE of the fine prints for Kworld rebates. You cannot use the email as a receipt and their reply email said, "invalid and you cannot resubmit!!!" Do a google search for "Kworld and rebates" and you will see how this company works w/ not honoring rebates. TERRIBLE
So don't let them fool you w/ any rebates!!!

The picture quality of this card is great.
This card works perfectly. I installed the card put in the drivers and the software and it came right up with a very clear picture. I do a show on cable TV and this has proven to be very helpful in the making of that show. I highly recommend this card, especially for the price!

difficult to use
this came with very difficult to follow instructions for the software, and no instructions for the actual PCI card itself. I found it very difficult to sync up video and audio, and have no idea how to get the remote control to work.
