hey, it works
Most pci tv cards cost near or more than $100, so not too much is expected from a card that cost less than $20. It did work after much trial and error. I think it was worth the $15 i paid shipped even if it isn't flawless.

Great TV Tuner card for a LOW Price.
Card installed without problems under Windows XP SP2.I downloaded the drivers directly from the Kworld Website.Picture quality is not great but is certainly watchable.I think it will look better on a CRT Monitor then a LCD.Capture quality is excellent.Perfect lip sync.Stable Driver.Works around the world as it is multisystem.I bought it for my dad's new PC that I built and he lives in India (PAL system).I tested here in US and it works fine.

Simple, multifuncional, cheap but excellent product.
This is not the first time that I get one of these. I distribute these in Guatemala. You can rec video in mpg and radio in mp3. It works in all the countries. It have a remote control with most of the funcions. You can resize the screen. You can digitalize your old vhs because it has rca conectors. The price is very cheap but the quality is excellent.

I bought this product a week ago. Being a first time buyer of a PCI TV out card, was expecting to have lot of issues with the application and hardware..!!! It was a surprise to see that it had no issues on installing the hardware, application or whatsoever! It can be compared to any plug-n play PCI cards. Very easy to install and configure. Quite a good card.
Though I've had some troubles with finicky drivers, this TV/FM tuner card is quite worth the money. The program it comes with, QuickTV, generally works quite well. The remote works pretty good too, though it doesn't seem to work with anything other than this company's own software, which rather annoys me.

A Techie Review
The card is a good buy for the money. When it says 9 bit it means 512 colors and this still looks pretty good on a lcd moniter. Another plus is the recording ability to digitalize VHS tape by pluging the video and audio cable into the supplied ports. The digitalization is pretty good and runes at up to 30 frames per second but the file size can get to 3+ gigibytes for a 1 hour recording. Can't beat it for the price.
The TV Tuner Card is a great product that is easy to install and enjoy. The only reason I wouldn't give it 5 stars is because the quality of video. If you unfortunately have to use a cable wire with this product then the quality kinda stinks. How ever if you are able to use the audio/video cables then its not bad at all. Also, the software isn't that user friendly. But the pros outway the cons and this is a good product especialy for the price.

KWORLD DOESN'T HONOR REBATES
KWorld is a rip-off when it comes to rebates. I've bought two products from them (Internal TV Tuner and External TV Tuner) because they offered rebatres on both (honestly, I wouldnt have bought KWorld unless a rebate was offered) and now they wont honor either of my rebates AND they dont respond to my inquiries into my rebate status! Total bull. If the rebate aspect is what's driving your purchase decision, stay away, STAY FAR AWAY from KWorld products.

Not bad
This is not bad if you want to watch tv on your pc. the picture is not the best so i wouldnt recommend it for recording tv . its easy to use and
