fun scooter
I bought this for my 9 year-old daughter and she loves it. I was considering the E100 because of the age recommendations but decided to go with the E200 because of the weight capacity. I'm glad I did. My daughter can handle it just fine and I don't have to worry about an older child getting on it and breaking it.

Superb!
Got this Razor as a gift for my son. He is 6 and loves to scooter. It was easy to put together and charged overnight. The scooter itself is easy to operate, and he loves riding all over with it. It has also been a big hit with the rest of the kids in the neighborhood, not to mention my husband. Also purchased the helmet to go with it, and unlike other helmets it's comfortable and my son doesn't mind putting it on. The only thing that we would have liked is if it came in different colors.

good but not great
The scooter is good, works fine, good battery life and stable but with someone even close to the rated load it has inadequate clearance between the ground and the motor. I got this one for my wife the 100 for my child (she loves it) and the 300 for me. Just driving around the neighborhood and hitting little dips in the road on the 200 will cause the motor to hit the street very hard. Scooter did not work.
When we received the scooter everything looked fine. However, after we put it together and charged the battery it would not run more than 30 seconds. We contacted Razor (paperwork which came with the scooter said to contact them with any problems)and they told us the entire battery/charging housing would need to be replaced. Does what it's paid to do...
Nifty little scooter that zips you around to anywhere within a 2 mile radius and back again. Battery life last from 35 to 40 minutes with the speed dying down in the last 8 minutes or so. Ultra easy controls, brake on the left handle bar with throttle on the right. Very easy to ride, if you can stand up straight you've pretty much got it.
The only things that I didn't like about it is that the batteries cannot be changed without dissasembling the whole thing. It would have been nice...

Waste of money
I bought this and it ran well for 2 weeks. Then it had a flat tire. I had to order the whole rear wheel assembly, not just the tire. We installed, and now the brakes don't work properly, and the battery is dead from non-use. I hate this product!!!!!

Horrendous customer support
I purchased two Razor E200 electric scooters for Christmas. One worked fine, and my daughter loves it. The other did not - the scooter lost power after just a very short run time. We bought this scooter for our daughters (7&8yrs) from EToys through [...]. Very pleased with delivery and package came in perfect shape (no damage). First we did the over 12hr charge. Then my husband tweeked the brakes, so that my young children could squeeze the brakes while riding. Great product, use caution
The only reason I didn't give this fun and very well-built scooter a perfect "five star" rating is that the throttle may stick (spring for it's return is slightly inadequate) allowing the scooter to take off (read: fly upwards) out of control. Having fixed (took apart throttle and used silicone lubricant, a few minute job) I do let younger kids use it, albeit with protective gear (of course) knowing they are cautious about the large sized hand brake (could be smaller) & speed.
