"This is a great pc for the price, no problems with HP I do have issues with MS Vista though, Adjusting from XP to Vista has been a treat! The only real issue with this PC is that when I went to buy it at Bestbuy I was told that they only got a few in at a time and they went fast. I ended up going a few extra miles out the way to get one in stock at different location."

"For the price, a fantastic, fast machine with everything.
Downside, never imagined a desktop machine with these features would only have a 100mb LAN card, didn't even bother to check the specs before I bought, my bad. Expected 1gb, now I'll need to add what should have been included.

What's not so great: Disk drive crashed after 32 days.
"This is a terrible product. The hard-drive failed 32 days after I purchased the computer. I spent over an hour with HP Customer Service trying to "fix" the problem and then it took 4 days to get a replacement hard drive. So, if you can deal with a major system failure and slow support, this is your machine."
