I bought the 60 inch Mitsubishi tv the other day and boy oh boy was it a hum dinger of a set!! The picture is crisp and cool even on lower end analog stations. Mmmmm i love it! And yes I did get the warranty because it covers a free bulb replacement and Idid my research and the bulb costs as much as the warranty!!

Mitsubishi does it again.
Outstanding!!!! Awesome!!! Incredible!!! This tv sets up and connects so easy that its childs play. The The combination of hdmi s-video component video and coax gives it the versitility that youll love. Hooked uo the HD to it the other day and my wifes mouth still hasnt closed. So far so good!!!
Nothing to complain about yet i have hooked up my coax straight into the back. Getting extremely clear 480i resolution. I cant wait to see what i get with 1080. PS2 plays like a champ with this television. Its not heavy at all 2 people carried with1 hand on each side while it was in box. Viewing the TV from an angle did not seem bad at all. I expected to miss out on the screen but didnt. So far i am completely satisfied.

Found what I was looking for...
I have been wanting to go Hi Def for a couple of years now. But a lot of the hi def T.V.s were still out of my reach on price. That is until I saw this one. Everything I wanted and then some, especially the DLP, which makes all the difference with a projection t.v. Not to mention 3 HDMI inputs on the back, plus component on the back and on the front. Great TV for the money!
Great picture even without HD. I was a little disappointed with the sound quality but I was used to my old projection TV with large built in speakers that gave us a movie theater experience. Ill definitely have to purchase a home theater system withsurround sound for this TV to make the sound equal to what I had. The picture on this TV blows away the picture I had on my old TV so Im not complaining!

Value for Money...my first DLP experience.
PRO's: The Price.
As compared to an LCD or Plasma TV, for the amount of *viewing* real estate at 60" the DLP at 1080P resolution is hard ot beat, price-wise.
Purchased for $1399 with 3 years interest free from CC. I noticed it lower to $1299 for cash.
An equivalent LCD or Plasma whould have cost me $2500.
This is my first experience with DLP and so far I have no regrets (knock-on-wood). The unit weight is light enough for the wife to help you set it...

GREAT TV LOTS OF FEATURES LOTS OF CONNECTIONS 4 NOW AND LATER. WITHOUT HIGH DEF PIC FUZZY WITH HI DEF SWEET AND CLEAR. ON SCREEN SETUP OPTIONS ARE EASY. HAD MINE CALIBRATED WELL WORTH IT. SOUND OUT OF 2 10WATT SPEAKERS BAD GOT SURROUND SOUND MAKES IT SWEET. THE VIEWING ANGLE FROM SIDE NOT VERY GOOD BUT WITH MORE SCREEN AND FEATURES 4 YOUR MONEY GREAT VALUE. Amazing! Best picture for the money!
I just bought this Mitsubishi and asolutley love it. I shopped for weeks and looked at plasma and lcd but the picture on this tv was so close to the quality on the really high dollar tvs that it was a no brainer to go with this one. I didnt even have toquestion their reliability because I have a Mitsubishi in my game room that is fifteen years old and still looks great.

DLP is the way to go
The inputs are very easy to choose between. The set up for all my audio playstation etc was very simple. The plus is it is slim and only weights about 50 pounds. It looks amazing hooked up to the HD DVR and blue-ray DVD player. The gaming experiecne isgreat too. A++++++++
