As i said before
I also reviewed the 3 pack. I believe this is a very good microphone. I'm currently using it for podcasting and the sound quality is unmatched with similarly priced microphones of this type. The unit feels sturdy and well made. I do not feel ever like this product will ever break, and the 10 year warranty only proves that i won't be breaking this any time soon. The Sennheiser is using a much better capsule in my opinion than the shure 57 and 58... Though thats not saying much when those are both...

Great for a starter mic but sounds muddy
Got this mic to get started for live and studio work, worked out just fine but muffles the vocal a bit, did not provide the bright, large sound I was looking for. You get what you pay for.

Excellent Quality, Good Price
The mic feels heavy and secure in your hand. The sound quality is Sennheiser and so you know your getting top of the line. The price is good which makes this a smart buy!

In discussing mics recently with a drummer-vocalist road warrior of over 40 years, he recommended, apart from a Neuman, the Shure Beta 58, then proceeded to demonstrate through his singing why the mic, in addition to the famous Shure ruggedness, had been a more intimate, rewarding companion than any of his wives.
