very nice knife for a starter
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) I bought this knife recently and I am very impressed with its sharpness. Now cutting is a joy and it cuts everything like butter. I also bought a Shun 6' chef's knife which costs more than 2 times of this one, but the feeling of cutting is similar. My only complain is this one doesn't last very long, we cook every day and it needs sharpening about every 2-3 months.
